Welcome to SportsFunded.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of sportsfunded.io, including any funded account packages, trading tools, educational resources, AI-assisted trading insights, positive EV signals, payout services, account dashboards, support services, and related features provided by SportsFunded (“SportsFunded,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing the website, creating an account, purchasing a package, using our services, or participating in any SportsFunded program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use SportsFunded.

Sports trading, betting-related markets, prediction markets, and similar activities involve financial risk. Results are not guaranteed. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

You acknowledge that:

  • You may lose access to your funded account if you breach trading rules.
  • You may not qualify for payouts if you violate SportsFunded rules.
  • AI-assisted insights and positive EV signals are informational tools, not guarantees.
  • SportsFunded does not guarantee profits, returns, payouts, or trading success.
  • You are responsible for understanding the rules before purchasing or trading.

You should only participate if you understand the risks and can comply with the applicable rules.

3. Eligibility

To use SportsFunded, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable law.
  • Use the platform only from jurisdictions where funded sports trading, sports-related trading, betting, prediction-market-style activity, or similar services are lawful.
  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or purchasing a package.
  • Comply with all SportsFunded rules, policies, and instructions.

We reserve the right to refuse access, suspend accounts, request verification, or terminate services where we believe eligibility requirements are not met.

4. Jurisdiction and User Responsibility

SportsFunded may not be available or lawful in every jurisdiction.

You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of SportsFunded is legal in your location. We do not represent that our services are appropriate or available in every country, province, state, or region.

You must not use SportsFunded if doing so violates any law, regulation, licensing requirement, platform rule, or third-party terms applicable to you.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access from certain locations at our discretion.

5. Nature of the Service

SportsFunded provides funded account services for sports traders. Depending on the package purchased, users may receive access to:

  • Trading rules and risk limits

SportsFunded may offer different package sizes, such as funded accounts of $1,000, $2,000, $5,000, $10,000, or other account sizes made available on the website.

Package terms may vary by account size.

6. Funded Account Packages

When you purchase a funded account package, you receive access to the specific account type, rules, tools, and features described at the time of purchase.

A funded account package may include:

  • A stated funded account size
  • Maximum stake size limits
  • Maximum drawdown limits
  • Maximum exposure limits
  • Profit split terms
  • Trading tools
  • Educational content
  • AI-assisted analysis
  • Positive EV signals
  • Payout eligibility rules
  • Support level

Unless clearly stated otherwise, purchasing a package does not mean you are purchasing ownership of the full funded account balance. The funded amount is trading capital made available under SportsFunded rules and remains subject to risk controls, platform restrictions, and account conditions.

SportsFunded may update package names, pricing, features, rules, or limits from time to time. Updates will apply according to the terms displayed at purchase or as otherwise communicated.

7. Account Rules

Each funded account is subject to specific rules. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Maximum stake size
  • Maximum drawdown
  • Maximum exposure
  • Profit split percentage
  • Restricted markets
  • Restricted events
  • Minimum or maximum trading activity
  • Prohibited trading behavior
  • Payout review requirements
  • Account verification requirements
  • Platform usage restrictions

Example rules may include:

  • 2% maximum stake size
  • 10% maximum drawdown
  • 25% maximum exposure
  • 90/10 profit split

These figures are examples only unless they are specifically listed for your purchased package.

You are responsible for reviewing and understanding the rules applicable to your account before placing trades.

8. Maximum Stake Size

The maximum stake size limits the amount that may be risked on a single trade, selection, event, market, or position.

If your package has a 2% maximum stake size, you may not risk more than 2% of the account balance or applicable account size on a single trade, unless otherwise specified.

Breaching the maximum stake rule may result in:

  • Trade cancellation
  • Profit adjustment
  • Account warning
  • Payout denial
  • Account suspension
  • Account termination

SportsFunded has sole discretion to determine whether a stake-size violation occurred.

9. Maximum Drawdown

The maximum drawdown rule limits the amount of loss permitted on a funded account.

If your package has a 10% maximum drawdown, your account must not lose more than 10% of the applicable account value, balance, equity, or reference amount, depending on the rules stated for your package.

If you exceed the maximum drawdown, your account may be breached and access may be suspended or terminated.

SportsFunded may calculate drawdown using balance, equity, settled trades, open exposure, closed positions, realized profit/loss, unrealized profit/loss, or other reasonable risk measures.

10. Maximum Exposure

Maximum exposure limits the total amount that may be open or at risk at one time.

If your package has a 25% maximum exposure limit, you may not have more than 25% of the applicable account value exposed across open trades, positions, markets, or events.

Exposure may include:

  • Open trades
  • Pending trades
  • Correlated positions
  • Same-event positions
  • Multi-market positions
  • Any other risk SportsFunded reasonably determines to be connected

Breaching exposure rules may result in account restrictions, payout denial, or account termination.

11. Profit Split

SportsFunded may offer a profit split, such as an 90/10 profit split, where eligible users receive 90% of approved profits and SportsFunded retains 10%.

Profit splits only apply to eligible, approved, and properly generated profits under the applicable account rules.

SportsFunded may deny, reduce, delay, or adjust profit splits where:

  • The account rules were breached
  • The user engaged in prohibited conduct
  • The profits resulted from error, abuse, manipulation, or technical malfunction
  • Identity verification is incomplete
  • Payment or payout information is inaccurate
  • A chargeback, refund dispute, or fraud concern exists
  • Legal or compliance review is required

Profit split terms may vary by package.

12. Payouts

Eligible users may request payouts according to the payout rules shown on the website or in their account dashboard.

Payouts are subject to review and approval.

Before approving a payout, SportsFunded may review:

  • Trading performance
  • Account history
  • Rule compliance
  • Drawdown and exposure
  • Stake sizing
  • Trading behavior
  • Identity verification
  • Payment records
  • Fraud indicators
  • Chargeback history
  • Platform abuse concerns

SportsFunded reserves the right to delay, deny, reduce, or cancel payouts where it reasonably believes the user violated these Terms or any funded account rules.

“Instant payouts” or similar language means that payouts may be processed quickly after approval. It does not mean all payout requests are automatically approved without review.

13. Payout Verification

To receive a payout, you may be required to complete verification.

Verification may include:

  • Proof of identity
  • Proof of address
  • Payment account verification
  • Tax or compliance information
  • Source-of-funds or anti-fraud checks
  • Confirmation that you are the rightful account holder

Failure to complete verification may result in payout delay or denial.

You must not use another person’s identity, account, payment method, or payout destination.

14. Payments and Purchases

All prices are displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

By purchasing a package, you agree to pay the listed price and any applicable taxes, processing fees, currency conversion fees, or third-party payment charges.

You must provide accurate billing and payment information.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where:

  • Payment is declined

  • The price was displayed incorrectly
  • The product was purchased from a restricted jurisdiction
  • The user violated these Terms
  • The purchase appears abusive or suspicious

Access to a funded account package may be delayed until payment is confirmed.

15. Refund Policy

Because SportsFunded provides digital services, instant access, funded account setup, trading tools, educational resources, and account infrastructure, all purchases are generally final once access has been granted.

Refunds may be denied where:

  • The user has accessed the funded account
  • The user has used trading tools, signals, or educational resources
  • The user has placed trades or attempted to place trades
  • The user breached account rules
  • The user is dissatisfied with trading results
  • The user failed verification
  • The user misunderstood the rules after purchase
  • The user’s account was suspended for misconduct
  • The request is made after the refund period, if any

SportsFunded may issue refunds at its sole discretion.

If you believe a payment was made in error, contact us at contact@sportsfunded.io as soon as possible.

Do not include shipping, delivery, or physical goods language in this section unless you actually sell physical products.

16. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback, payment reversal, or payment dispute without first contacting SportsFunded, we may:

  • Suspend your account
  • Restrict future purchases
  • Cancel access to services
  • Withhold payouts
  • Recover costs, fees, or losses caused by the dispute
  • Provide evidence to the payment processor

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination.

17. Account Registration and Security

You may need to create an account to access SportsFunded services.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Keep your login details secure
  • Not share your account with others
  • Not allow another person to trade on your account
  • Notify us of unauthorized access
  • Keep your contact information updated

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

SportsFunded is not liable for losses caused by your failure to secure your account credentials.

18. One Person, One Account

Unless we give written permission, each user may only create and operate one SportsFunded account.

You must not create multiple accounts to:

  • Bypass trading rules
  • Abuse promotions
  • Avoid drawdown limits
  • Reset performance
  • Circumvent account restrictions
  • Increase payout eligibility
  • Evade suspension

Multiple-account abuse may result in account termination and payout denial.

19. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any law or regulation
  • Use SportsFunded from a prohibited jurisdiction
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Use another person’s identity
  • Share, sell, rent, or transfer your account
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated systems without permission
  • Manipulate trades, markets, signals, or platform systems
  • Exploit errors, bugs, or delays
  • Circumvent risk limits
  • Engage in collusive trading
  • Abuse promotions, bonuses, or payouts
  • Attempt unauthorized access to any system
  • Interfere with website security
  • Copy, resell, or scrape our content
  • Reverse engineer our tools
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse staff or users
  • Use SportsFunded for fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination.

20. Prohibited Trading Behavior

SportsFunded may prohibit trading behavior that undermines fair use, risk management, or platform integrity.

Prohibited behavior may include:

  • Overexposure to a single event
  • Coordinated trades across accounts
  • Risk-free arbitrage abuse, if not permitted
  • Manipulating order execution
  • Circumventing stake limits
  • Splitting trades to bypass maximum stake rules
  • Using multiple accounts to duplicate positions
  • Trading in a manner inconsistent with sustainable risk management
  • Any strategy SportsFunded reasonably determines to be abusive, manipulative, or outside intended use

SportsFunded has sole discretion to determine whether trading behavior is prohibited.

21. Errors, Malfunctions, and Incorrect Data

SportsFunded may rely on third-party data, market feeds, odds data, analytics, payment processors, hosting providers, AI providers, and other external systems.

Errors may occur.

These may include:

  • Incorrect odds
  • Delayed prices
  • Wrong market information
  • Incorrect event status
  • Technical malfunction
  • Payment processing error
  • Account balance error
  • Payout calculation error
  • AI-generated error
  • Signal or analytics error

SportsFunded reserves the right to correct errors, reverse affected transactions, adjust account balances, cancel trades, deny payouts, or suspend affected accounts where necessary.

We are not liable for losses caused by third-party data errors, technical errors, market delays, or platform interruptions.

22. AI-Assisted Trading and Positive EV Signals

SportsFunded may provide AI-assisted trading insights, positive EV signals, analytics, or similar tools.

These tools are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

They do not constitute:

  • Financial advice
  • Betting advice
  • Investment advice
  • Legal advice
  • Tax advice
  • A guarantee of profitability
  • A guarantee of payout eligibility

You are responsible for your own trading decisions.

AI systems can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific situation. You should not rely solely on AI-assisted tools or signals when making trading decisions.

23. Educational Content

Educational content provided by SportsFunded is for general information only.

It may include tutorials, strategy explanations, risk management concepts, sports trading education, market analysis, and platform guidance.

Educational content does not guarantee performance, profits, or successful payouts.

You are responsible for applying any educational material appropriately and within the rules of your account.

24. No Financial, Betting, or Investment Advice

SportsFunded does not provide personalized financial, betting, legal, tax, or investment advice.

Nothing on the website should be interpreted as a recommendation that any specific trade, bet, market, position, strategy, or account package is suitable for you.

You should make independent decisions and seek professional advice where appropriate.

25. Platform Availability

36. No Guarantee of Funding Continuity

We do not guarantee that funded accounts, payout programs, specific account sizes, specific trading tools, or specific profit split structures will remain available indefinitely.

We may discontinue, restructure, limit, or replace funded account programs at our discretion.

37. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SportsFunded and its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and service providers are not liable for:

  • Trading losses
  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of opportunity
  • Loss of account access
  • Payout denial due to rule breach
  • Data errors
  • AI-generated errors
  • Market data delays
  • Technical failures
  • Platform downtime
  • Payment delays
  • Third-party service failures
  • Unauthorized account access caused by user negligence
  • Indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the services will not exceed the amount you paid to SportsFunded for the relevant package giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.

38. Disclaimer of Warranties

You agree that any dispute will be handled in the courts or dispute resolution forum located in Ontario, Canada, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

41. Dispute Resolution

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to contact SportsFunded at contact@sportsfunded.io and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

We will make reasonable efforts to respond and resolve disputes in good faith.

Where permitted by law, disputes may be resolved through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, or the courts specified in the governing law section.

42. Force Majeure

SportsFunded is not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including:

43. Assignment

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections will remain in full effect.

The invalid section will be interpreted as closely as possible to its original intent while remaining enforceable.

45. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, account rules, package terms, and any additional policies referenced on the website, form the entire agreement between you and SportsFunded.
